Our animals are rotationally grazed. We move them daily to new places. We thought it might be fun to keep track of where they are today. The Cattle are moved to a new strip of pasture multiple times daily. They munch on the new grass of the paddock they are in. The Pigs relax in their siesta reserve for half the summer. They till it up until the corn fields are ready for them to clean up. The Layers rotate around with the cows. They move every 2-3 days to a new piece of the pasture. The Broilers move down the pasture 12 feet at a time. As they get older we move them twice a day. The Chicks live in the brood house for 3 weeks until they are feathered out enough to go to pasture.
